A Space That Feels Right for You
We built Mintara with one belief: every woman deserves to feel comfortable with her own money story.
Women-Only Environment
All sessions are designed exclusively for women, creating a safe and open atmosphere where participants feel at ease to ask, share, and learn.
Rooted in Malaysia
Content, examples, and discussions are grounded in the Malaysian context — from ringgit budgeting to local savings habits — so nothing feels out of place.
Gentle, Practical Pace
No jargon, no pressure. Sessions move at a pace that works for everyone — whether you are just starting out or revisiting your habits after a life change.
Community Circle Support
Beyond sessions, participants join an ongoing circle of women who share encouragement, celebrate small wins, and keep each other accountable in kind ways.
Tangible Take-Home Tools
Every participant leaves with printable worksheets, planners, and reference guides they can actually use at home — not just notes from a presentation.
Recognised Attendance
Programme completers receive a certificate of attendance — a meaningful acknowledgement of the effort and commitment each woman brings to her own learning.
Take the First Comfortable Step
Whether you are curious about our workshop or interested in the full programme, we would love to hear from you. Send us a message and we will walk you through every option — no pressure, just a conversation.
Common Questions
Honest answers to things we hear often.
Who are Mintara's programmes designed for?
Our programmes welcome all women in Malaysia — regardless of age, background, or existing knowledge about money. Whether you are managing a household, starting a career, or going through a life change, there is a place for you here.
Do I need any prior knowledge to join?
Not at all. Our workshops and programmes begin from a comfortable starting point, using plain language and relatable everyday examples. Many participants join having never attended a financial education session before.
How long does each programme take?
The Money Confidence Workshop is a focused single-day session. The Confidence Toolkit & Circle is an ongoing, self-paced resource. The Women's Literacy Programme runs across several weeks with regular group sessions scheduled around participants' availability.
Are sessions held in person or online?
Mintara is based in Kuantan, Pahang and most sessions are held in person at our comfortable space. We also offer select online participation options for participants from other parts of Malaysia — please ask us when you enquire.
What do I receive after completing a programme?
Workshop and Toolkit participants receive printed resource materials and access to our community circle. Women who complete the full Literacy Programme also receive a certificate of attendance recognising their dedication and commitment.
